Can I change the delivery address afterwards?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes after the order process has been completed. If you have already received an order confirmation, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you selected the payment methods prepayment or cash on delivery, you can have our customer service check whether your order can still be redirected.

How is the shipping done?

The products from our range are shipped via DPD and DHL.
We have explicitly chosen these carriers because we have had good experiences with them. For larger volumes and quantities, we hire a freight forwarder.

What is the delivery time?

We dispatch your goods within one working day after ordering, or within 3 working days after payment for the prepayment methods. Sundays and public holidays must be considered. Excluding unforeseen problems with the contracted shipping company, you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days after your order or, for prepayment methods, within 4-5 working days after payment is completed.

If delivery times deviate in individual cases, this will be indicated on the respective product page. Should you not receive the goods within the time specified by us due to an unforeseen delay with the contracted shipping company, we kindly ask you to inform us immediately so that we can inquire with the shipping company. The stated delivery times apply to domestic shipping. Shipping abroad, if offered, may take 3-4 working days longer.

Are there partial deliveries?

We are entitled to make partial deliveries as long as this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs only arise by express agreement.

What are the shipping costs?

We deliver your goods free of shipping costs to Germany or Austria (AT free of shipping costs for orders over €30).
