If so, you have the right to cancel the contract you entered into at the time of purchase in accordance with the terms of the right of withdrawal without providing any reason. Please follow these steps:

- Now, please complete the free return label and attach it to your package, which you can drop off at your DHL package branch. Using the return label is not mandatory, but it helps us process your return quickly and smoothly. When creating your DHL return label, please enter your order or invoice number in the field for the order number. Please use the correct link based on the country from which you are sending your return: Germany, Austria, France, Luxembourg.

Did you not purchase your item in this online shop?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items purchased in the online shop at a physical retail store. Similarly, items bought in retail stores cannot be exchanged in the online shop. Please report your item to the local retailer where you made the purchase, and they will take care of the rest for you.
