Schön aber leider nach 6 Monaten kaputt

Ich habe 2 Rucksäcke bei Zalando bestellt. Nach ca. 6 Monaten ging die Schnalle am Träger sowohl bei meinem als auch bei meiner Freundin kaputt. Zalando hat nur 35 Euro zurückgezahlt und das war es. Schade. Der Rucksack ist ein echter Hingucker aber der Preis entspricht nicht der Qualität.
